Sometimes the greatest feats go unrecognized. Sometimes the worst ones are applauded. And as time passes, they often fade together and we just remember the score. Enough of that. It’s time to get it right. It’s time for us to visit the booth and re-evaluate what just happened.

This site is dedicated to helping us take a second look at both new publications and old ones of influence. The more eyes watching, the more perspectives, the better we can evaluate how play is advancing. We can then debate, discuss, and understand it.

The rules are simple. We will review recent top-cited papers published in each of the top outlets for strategy research. We will also take reviews of older papers that should get a second look. Some of these may have errors that should have been penalized. Some represent important contributions that have been overlooked.
